F.A.Q

Plan & Subscription

01.

How long is a plan valid?

Plans are perpetual and will continue until cancelled. Cancellations are efective immediately. Services will remain for what you have already paid (i.e. if you pay for a given week, you will receive service for that week).

02.

How often I'll be charged?

You will automatically be charged every week until you cancel your plan.

03.

Which payment method do you accept?

Payments can be made by debit card, credit card or via PayPal.

04.

Am I allowed to subscribe more than one plan at a time?

Yes you can, but only under certain condition. One user account may subscribe to two different plans only at different levels and you are not allowed to subscribe to two plans at the same level. So it means only one active subscription each in A-level and GCSE.

05.

I have two children who need assistance at the same level. How can I do that?

If you have two or more children requiring assistance at the same level, it is advised to set up separate accounts for each child.

06.

What happens if I try to subscribe another plan at the same level?

If you attempt to subscribe to two plans pitched at the same level and with the same account, your active plan at that level will be replaced with the newer one of your choice. No two active subscriptions at the same level.

For example: if you already hold a subscription for our GCSE - Standard plan and you attempt to subscribe to GCSE - Basic plan as well, your GCSE - Standard plan will be updated to our GCSE - Basic plan

07.

08.

What is meant by Main Plan?

A Main Plan is the primary subscription plan on Aristutle that grants users access to a tutor in order to contact them directly and remotely at their convenience for solutions advice on subject questions of their choosing. Main Plans are divided into three tiers - Basic, Regular and Premium - each with different prices and caps on how many questions can be submitted.

09.

What is +Plus add-on package?

A +Plus add-on package is for those who already hold a subscription to a Main Plan, but who wish additionally to have online check-ins, meeting their tutor online to discuss points of clarification on the questions they have submitted that week, or anything in general as it relates to their subject.

10.

Can I get a refund on a subscription?

We do not offer refunds on subscriptions (unless under mitigating circumstances to be determined by Aristutle), opting instead to offer maximum flexibility on cancelling subscriptions. There are no sign up fees and you are free to cancel your plan at any time, and you will only be billed up to and including the week you cancelled your plan on.

For example if you sign up on Tuesday and by Thursday of the same week you decide to cancel your plan, you will be billed for this one week. If you decide to cancel the following Thursday instead, you will be billed for two weeks.
